What does $199 a month cover?

Everything in AP Visible's $199 a month: website, hosting, edits, Google profile, Spanish pages, booking, reports. Plus extras and the $1,250 buyout.

Short answer: $199 a month covers your website, hosting, security and same-week small edits, a Google Business Profile managed in your name, full Spanish pages if you want them, an English and Spanish booking form and chat assistant, featured reviews, and a plain-English monthly report. It starts with $450 on a twelve-month partnership. The buyout is $1,250, with your $450 as credit from your six-month review.

This page lists everything in AP Visible’s monthly price, one line at a time, plus what costs extra and what happens if you want to own your site or leave. Every price here is printed on our pricing and in the agreement. None of it is negotiated.

What you pay

  • $0 for the free audit and preview. We show you how your shop looks online today, then build a working preview with your name, services and town. You approve it before any money changes hands.
  • $450 to start. Our real cost of building your site, due when you say yes. From your six-month review on, it counts as credit toward owning the site.
  • $199 a month, starting when your site goes live. It’s a twelve-month partnership, then month-to-month with 30 days’ notice.
  • First year in total: $450 + (12 × $199) = $2,838. There’s no domain renewal in year one; the $25 renewal starts in year two.

What the $199 covers, line by line

  • Your website. Built from scratch for your shop, mobile-first, with no purchased templates. Each type of shop gets its own starting design, so a barber’s site doesn’t look like a mechanic’s.
  • Hosting and security. We host the site and keep it secure. There’s no separate hosting bill.
  • Same-week small edits. New hours, a new photo, a price change: done the same week, with no ticket queue. You talk to the person who built the site.
  • Your Google Business Profile, managed in your name. We claim and verify it in your name, then keep it current: accurate hours, real photos, the right category, fresh posts, and review replies you approve first. More on Google profile management.
  • Spanish pages. Full Spanish pages for your website, if you want them, are part of the monthly plan at no extra charge. See our bilingual website guide.
  • Booking requests in English and Spanish. A simple 5-step request form, at no extra monthly cost. It’s a request, not a live calendar: you confirm the time with the customer.
  • An “Ask us / Pregúntanos” chat assistant in English and Spanish. A small chat button on your website that answers only from a script written from your real hours, services, location and warranty. You approve the script before it goes live. It lives on your website only.
  • A featured reviews section. Real reviews you choose to feature, copied word for word, labeled with where they came from, with a link to all of your reviews on Google. We never edit, translate or make up a review.
  • A plain-English monthly report. Calls, direction requests and reviews against your day-one numbers, plus a sit-down at month six to go over everything we’ve measured.

What costs extra, or sits outside the $199

  • A 24/7 phone receptionist in English and Spanish. A separate add-on under its own written agreement, billed as a monthly fee. Ask us for the price.
  • A live booking calendar. If you want customers to pick real open slots, we can connect Cal.com, Calendly or Square Appointments. You set up and pay for that account in your own name.
  • Your domain’s yearly renewal. It isn’t part of the $199. During the partnership we register and manage your domain in our account, and the renewal is billed to you separately: $25 a year, starting in year two.
  • Your Google Business Profile itself is free from Google. You only pay for someone to manage it, and here that’s inside the $199.

If you want to own it, or leave

  • Own it outright for $1,250, printed in the contract and never negotiated. You can buy once your six-month review is in good standing, and your $450 counts as credit. You get every file, help moving the hosting and 30 days of transition support.
  • Your domain comes free with a site buyout after your six-month review, if your account is in good standing. If you leave without buying the site, the domain costs $25 at most. Either way, we do our part to hand it over within 14 days; a registrar lock can add a short wait.
  • Your Google listing is in your name from day one, and the words and photos we made about your business go with you, free.
