Websites for salons and barbershops.
AP Visible builds websites for salons and barbershops around Aurora and Naperville that let clients see your services, prices and policies and ask for a time from their phone, with a managed Google Business Profile. It’s $450 to start plus $199 a month, and you can buy your site outright for $1,250 once your six-month review is in good standing.
Built for clients who book from their phone.
One calendar, clear rules
Google, your website, Instagram and the phone should all lead to the same calendar, and your deposit, cancellation and late-arrival rules should be on the page before anyone books.
Online booking for salonsA service menu with real prices
Cuts, color, fades, beard trims, nails: each service with its length and starting price, written the way your clients say it, so nobody has to call just to ask what something costs.
How we build sitesWhat our local check found
Of 86 salons and barbershops we checked in October 2026, only 56% listed a website, the lowest of any group. Of 41 working sites, 63% took bookings online, but just 54% had tap-to-call and 34% linked to Google.
Read the data studyA Book button Google accepts
Google’s rules say a booking link must let the client finish booking and can’t be a social media page, messaging link or link shortener. We point it at a page that works, and set hours the way Google asks.
Google profile managementReviews from every client
Ask every client the same way, with your review link, and never with discounts or freebies, which Google’s policy bans. Real reviews you choose can be featured on your site, word for word.
Getting more Google reviewsSpanish for the clients who want it
Every partnership includes an English and Spanish chat assistant and booking request form, and Spanish pages are part of the monthly plan. None of the 41 salon sites we checked offered Spanish.

Your Google listing is in your name from day one and stays that way. Nobody can promise a fuller chair, and we don’t. What we promise is that every number above is in the agreement before you sign it.
What salon and barbershop owners ask.
Can clients ask for a specific stylist or barber?
Yes. The booking request form lets clients pick the service, add details such as the stylist or barber they want, and choose a preferred day and time. You get the request by text or email and confirm it.
Do I need a live booking calendar?
Not always. A request form suits color corrections and anything that needs a consultation. If you want clients to pick real open slots, we can connect Cal.com, Calendly or Square Appointments, set up and paid for in your own name.
Can I use my Instagram page as the Book button on Google?
No. Google’s business link rules say booking links can’t be social media sites, messaging links, app store links or link shorteners. The link has to let the client finish booking.
Should an appointment-only shop list hours on Google?
Google’s guidelines say businesses that operate only by appointment shouldn’t provide hours. If you take walk-ins, list your real walk-in hours and set special hours for holidays.

$450 to start plus $199 a month, which covers the site, hosting, edits and your managed Google profile. You can buy your site outright for $1,250 once your six-month review is in good standing, and the first step is a free audit.
